Private Tasting
PRIVATE TASTINGS I [Indoor]
Capacity 15 guests / Seated Capacity: 8 guests. Weeknights: After 4PM, Saturday: After 1pm, Sunday: Open availability
- 2 hours - $300 (credited to purchase of Cider)
- $100 for each additional hour
- $50 cleaning fee
PRIVATE TASTINGS II [Indoor]
Capacity 30 guests / Seated Capacity: 20 guests. Weeknights: After 4PM, Saturday: After 1pm, Sunday: Open availability
- 2 hours - $600 (credited to purchase of Cider)
- $100 for each additional hour
- $75 cleaning fee
PRIVATE TASTINGS III [Indoor/Outdoor]
Capacity up to 49 guests / Seated Capacity: 49 guests. Weeknights: After 4PM, Saturday: Events must end by 1:00 PM or begin after 7:00 PM, Sunday: Open availability
- 3 hours - $750 (credited to purchase of Cider. $600 Monday – Thursday)
- $200/hr for each hour after the initial 3 hours
- $500 per hour for early closure of tasting room prior to 6pm from Thursday to Sunday.
- $100 cleaning fee
ADD-ONS
- $50 Contract with Republic of Cider staff for table and chair set-up and tear-down for outdoor setting
- Rental includes use of the tasting room space during the reserved time
- All events must conclude by the agreed end time to allow for proper reset of the space
Non-Profits
- 10% of proceeds back to the non-profit or $100 off on the purchase of Cider
Food
- Outside food is welcome and allowed (Including catering) However, we have limited kitchen facilities
- Service items are not available.
- Party is responsible for removal disposal of food related items.
Additional information
- An advanced deposit is required, 40 % of the total estimated charge
- 100% advanced deposit return if the cancellation is made two weeks prior.
- No advanced deposit return if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior.
